Staying with a pet: the terms
At Urban Hotel, 61 Naukova St., you can stay together with your pet. There is no separate charge for the pet, only a deposit that we return. Here is everything worth knowing before your trip.
No charge for the pet
Your pet stays for free: you pay only for the room at the usual rate.
1000 UAH deposit
You leave a 1000 UAH deposit at check-in, and we return it when you check out.
One pet per room
One pet can stay in a room. If you travel with two, book two rooms or ask at reception.

Let reception know you are coming with a pet when you book: we will confirm the terms before you arrive. Reception is open 24/7.

Frequently asked questions
Can I stay with a dog or a cat?
Yes, Urban Hotel welcomes guests with pets. Mention your pet when you book and reception will confirm your stay.
How much does it cost to stay with a pet?
There is no pet fee. A 1000 UAH deposit is taken at check-in and returned at check-out.
How many pets can I bring?
One pet per room.
Is there power and internet during blackouts?
Yes. The hotel has backup power: lights and Wi-Fi work 24/7. Our backup batteries are sized for regular outage schedules, but in extreme situations we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted supply.
Tourist tax
Rates are shown excluding the tourist tax. Under the Tax Code of Ukraine and the Lviv City Council decision, the tax is paid additionally at check-in (UAH 25.95 – 43.24 per person per night). Guests on a business trip (with a travel order) are exempt from the tourist tax under Art. 268 of the Tax Code.
Can I check in late in the evening or at night?
Yes, the reception is open 24/7. Standard check-in is from 14:00.
Early check-in & late check-out
check-in from 06:00 - 50% of the nightly rate (00:00–06:00 - 100% of the previous night); check-out until 18:00 - 50% of the nightly rate (after 18:00 - 100%). Subject to availability or by prior booking.
Where can I park?
There is a paid city car park in front of the hotel. It is free from 8 pm to 8 am on weekdays and all day at weekends.
What is nearby and how do I get there?
Victoria Gardens mall is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Lviv Airport is about 10 minutes by car, the Main Railway Station 20-30 minutes, and the historic centre (Rynok Square) about 30 minutes by direct public transport or taxi.

Accessibility
Access: the hotel entrance has steps (no ramp). Please take this into account when planning your visit.
