Documents for your expense report
An accommodation invoice, a fiscal receipt and a certificate of services rendered - everything an expense report needs. Mention the business trip when you book and give us your company details.
Payment by companies
A company or sole proprietor can pay by bank transfer to the hotel account. If you pay yourself, it is by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash at check-in, with no prepayment.
No tourist tax
Lviv charges a tourist tax per night, but guests on a business trip are exempt under Art. 268 of the Tax Code of Ukraine. Show your business-trip order at reception when you check in.
Check-in and check-out around your schedule
The reception is open 24/7, so you can check in at night. Early check-in from 06:00 and late check-out until 18:00 are possible when rooms are free. The airport is about 10 minutes by car, the main railway station 20-30 minutes.

Is there power and internet during blackouts?
Yes. The hotel has backup power: lights and Wi-Fi work 24/7. Our backup batteries are sized for regular outage schedules, but in extreme situations we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted supply.
Can I check in late in the evening or at night?
Yes, the reception is open 24/7. Standard check-in is from 14:00.
Early check-in & late check-out
check-in from 06:00 - 50% of the nightly rate (00:00–06:00 - 100% of the previous night); check-out until 18:00 - 50% of the nightly rate (after 18:00 - 100%). Subject to availability or by prior booking.

There is a paid city car park in front of the hotel. It is free from 8 pm to 8 am on weekdays and all day at weekends.
What is nearby and how do I get there?
Victoria Gardens mall is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Lviv Airport is about 10 minutes by car, the Main Railway Station 20-30 minutes, and the historic centre (Rynok Square) about 30 minutes by direct public transport or taxi.
